Sister Sensory wants you to be 100% happy with the quality of our products as we are. We understand that Online purchasing is different from conventional shopping, so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we are more than happy to offer you a 14 day Money Back Guarantee via a refund, exchange or credit.
The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and un opened.
Return postage is the clients responsibility and must have tracking.
If any products should arrive faulty or damaged during shipping, please advise Sister Sensory with 7 days and we will replace or refund your goods for you via Express Post at our cost.
Please send a email to info@sistersensory.com.au with a photo of the damaged product and your invoice number.
We are unable to refund or exchange the following products that for hygiene reasons;
Chewable Products, including Chew Necklaces or Chewable Fidgets/Toys.
Linen – i.e Sensory Compression Sheets, Weighted Blankets,Body Socks and Clothing.

Chew Toys / Chew Necklaces
As Children have differing levels of chew strength, this can impact the life of the chew necklace/chew toy.
If your child is chewing through or biting off parts of a chew they will need a harder/thicker product.
We can not provide a refund for chews that have been open or chewed through or broken. ​
Fidgets
Please note that fidget are intended to be used as tools that can aid in concentration. They ARE NOT TOYS, and are not indestructible. Therefore we are unable to provide a refund / return on these items due to wear and tear, misuse or breakage by the end user.​

All products not suitable for 0 – 3 years of age will be clearly marked.
Sister Sensory accepts no responsibility for any unsuitable product usage, including misuse against their instructions and any lack of supervision.
