  • Payment Options

    We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards including; Visa, Amex & MasterCard, as well as Direct Bank Deposit Transfers. If you wish to pay by Direct Bank Deposit Transfers, we will email you your Invoice with our Bank Details attached.

  • Security

    At SISTER SENSORY we take Security very seriously, therefore ALL Client & Customer details and Accounts are treated with STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY and information is stored securely within our Business only and is NEVER disclosed to any third parties.Credit Card Transactions are secure and encrypted through Paypal which means that you can shop with us with peace of mind knowing that your personal information is protected by the latest and up to date security possible in the world today, and that your confidential payment details are not viewed by us or anyone else. Credit card transactions are processed through a secure encryption process, which means we don’t see your Credit Card details at all.

  • Postage

    We generally use Australia Post as our courier.
    Our Australian Domestic Freight Charges are based on the total order value of your goods.
    You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post.

  • Dispatch

    Once payment is confirmed and received, we will pack and post your order within 48 hours, whenever possible SISTER SENSORY will endeavour to Dispatch your delivery the SAME day. Please note that payments made by Paypal will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation.

  • Delivery

    Our deliveries are made by Australia Post, you can choose between the Parcel Post or Express Post delivery options. Your order should arrive with 12 working days after Dispatch depending on your delivery option choice.
    Our Inventory Department will dispatch your goods to you Monday – Friday, during Australia Post business operating hours.

  • Tracking

    As soon as your order leaves our Warehouse, Australia Post will send you a Tracking Number so that you can track your goods at any time. Please check your junk mail

    SISTER SENSORY wants you to be 100% happy with the quality of our products as we are. We understand that Online purchasing is different from conventional shopping, so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we are more than happy to offer you a 14 day Money Back Guarantee via a refund, exchange or credit.

    We welcome and cater to Private & Corporate Customers Worldwide, and SISTER SENSORY can send anywhere based on Australia Post International Postage Rates.
    All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
    International Postage Costs are dependant on weight & size of the total order package.
    Postage Quotes are in Australian Dollars and will be provided at Checkout .

  • Product Suitability

    Products must be used in accordance to their instructions and under adult supervision, and by children of an appropriate age. All products not suitable for 0 – 3 years of age will be clearly marked.

  • Pricing

    All our prices are quoted inclusive of 10% GST and are in Australian Dollars.

  • Corporate Clients

    For our Medical Practitioners, Government Officials & General Professionals, you will need fill out an application form with your Purchase Order Number and what you would like to order , who to deliver to and who to send the invoice to. Our Accounts Department will send you an invoice and your goods will be sent.

    Payment is due in 21 Days from invoice.
