Shipping and Delivery

Postage

We aim to keep shipping prices as low as possible by using a combination of Australia Post and other trusted couriers to find the best rate for your order.

Please note: Whilst we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post or the courier.

As a small business, we do not offer same day delivery.

You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post at checkout. In some cases, additional charges may apply depending on postcode, parcel size or weight. If required, we will contact you after checkout.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery for security to prevent loss or theft. If no one is home, your parcel will be taken to your local Post Office for collection.

If you request Authority to Leave, Sister Sensory is not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Express Post

If you select Express Post and place your order before 12pm (business days), we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next business day.

Please note, delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed to Australia Post.

Bubble Tubes / Drop Ship Items

Drop Ship items are dispatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

You may receive an additional invoice for shipping or handling charges depending on your location within Australia.

We will contact you after checkout to confirm final shipping costs once advised by the supplier.

Please note: Drop Ship items cannot be picked up or sent via Express Post.

Bulk Items

Heavy or bulky items may attract additional shipping charges depending on your postcode, parcel size and weight.

Shipping costs for these items will be confirmed after checkout and we will contact you if required.

Dispatch

Once payment has been received, orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods, every effort is made to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne, Victoria warehouse unless marked as Drop Ship.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery timeframes are up to 14 business days from dispatch (not order date), depending on your delivery option and location.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Sister Sensory cannot guarantee postage times once your parcel has left our warehouse. Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries.

International Customers

We welcome both private and corporate customers worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated based on Australia Post international postage rates.

Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery for added security.

If Authority to Leave is selected, Sister Sensory is not responsible for lost or missing parcels.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. Every order is double checked for quality and accuracy before dispatch.
