Postage
We aim to keep shipping prices as low as possible. We do this by using a combination of Australia Post and other couriers to find the shipping rate for your order.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times and whilst we will get your order dispatched as soon as possible, it is out of our hands once Australia Post has it.
Unfortunately as a small business, we do not offer same day delivery.
You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post (please note there might be additional charge we will make contact after checkout)
All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery for Security to prevent Loss or Theft, or will be delivered to your local Post Office if no one is at the address provided. (This is to cover all parties involved, most importantly, you ). If you change the details at any time during transit, Sister Sensory will not be responsible for any missing parcels.
If you choose Authority to leave in your notes : Sister Sensory are not responsible for any missing parcel.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Express Post
We want to get your parcels delivered to you as soon as possible so if you select Express Post we will endeavour to get your order sent out the same business day if you order before 12pm.
If you order after 12pm, it will be booked to go out the next business day.
Please note, we cannot guarantee delivery times and whilst we will get your order dispatched as soon as possible, it is out of our hands once Australia Post has it.
Express shipping cost are depending on your postcode and weight & size of parcel, you may occur an additional shipping cost. We will make contact with you if needed.
Bubble Tubes/Drop Ship Items
This means:
You may receive an invoice for extra shipping/handling fee depending on your location within Australia as the goods are dispatch from a different warehouse/postcode.
We will contact you after checkout and let you know the final cost.
After we hear from the supplier with their additional charges/handling cost.
This will be indicated on the product’s page.
You cannot pick up or express this items – as it leaves from the supplier direct.
Bulk Items
For heavy/bulky items you may receive an invoice for extra shipping depending on your location within Australia.
Bulk items usually will attract an additional shipping charge/handling fee depending on your postcode and weight.
We will confirm Shipping costs with you for bulk items and heavy weighted items after you checkout.
We will make contact with you if needed.

Dispatch
Once payment is confirmed and received, our Inventory department will dispatch your goods to you within 24- 48 hours.( Business Hours Monday – Friday , during Australia Post business operating hours.)
Whenever possible SISTER SENSORY will endeavour to dispatch your delivery the SAME day.
Please note : During Peak Time – every effort will be made to ship as soon as possible.
It will leave via our Melbourne,Australia Warehouse – unless it’s a drop ship order.
Delivery
Our deliveries are generally made by Australia Post , you can choose between the Parcel Post or Express Post delivery options.
Your order should arrive within 14 working days after dispatch date not order date depending on your delivery option choice.
You will receive tracking updates from Australia Post so you can see when your order will be arriving at your door.

Sister Sensory cannot guarantee postage times once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, and no refund will be provided should your parcel arrive later than expected.

Free store pickup
Local pickup is available out our Showroom at our Warehouse location at Factory 4, 4 Brooke Court, Melton, VIC, 3337. We will text or email you know when your order is ready to collect.
International customers
We welcome and cater to Private & Corporate Customers Worldwide, and SISTER SENSORY can send anywhere based on Australia Post International Postage Rates.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars, $AUD.

Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our Warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. This allows you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website anytime.
