We generally use Australia Post as our courier, although other courier services are used depending on destination. Our Australian Domestic Freight Postage & Packaging charges are based on the total order value of your goods. You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post. If you choose Express post -final postage will be confirm with you.

Once payment is confirmed and received, we will pack and post your order within 24 hours, whenever possible SISTER SENSORY will endeavour to Dispatch your delivery the SAME day. Please note that payments made by Paypal will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation.
Our deliveries are generally made by Australia Post and Sendle, you can choose between the Parcel Post or Express Post delivery options. Your order should arrive between 1 – 8 working days after Dispatch depending on your delivery option choice.
Our Inventory Department will dispatch your goods to you Monday – Friday , during Australia Post business operating hours.
