Postage

We generally use Australia Post as our courier, although other courier services are used depending on destination. Our Australian Domestic Freight Postage & Packaging charges are based on the total order value of your goods. You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery for Security to prevent Loss or Theft, or will be delivered to your local Post Office if no one is at the address provided. (This is to cover all parties involved, most importantly, you ). If you change the details at any time during transit, we will not be responsible for any missing parcels.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you choose Express post -final postage will be confirm with you after checkout.

Express shipping cost are depending on your postcode and weight of parcel.

If you would like Express Post, please contact us via email with your order and we will work out a shipping cost for you.
Due to Sister Sensory’s continuous growth in our product range, larger items are being added to our store, therefore any large item that does not fit within the maximum 5kg Australia Postal Satchels shall have a prompt with “Bulk Item” listed on the product and will require us to make contact with you for a final shipping cost depending on your preferred postal option.

Bulk Items

Any bulk Items are not available to Express Postage.
Bulk items will attract a additional shipping charge depending on your postcode and weight.
We will confirm Shipping costs with you for bulk items and heavy weighted items after checkout.
All Purchase Orders and NDIS Orders are subject to Processing and Shipping costs.
We will confirm cost with you.

Dispatch

Once payment is confirmed and received, we will pack and post your order within 48 hours ( Business Hours) whenever possible SISTER SENSORY will endeavour to dispatch your delivery the SAME day. Please note that payments made by Paypal will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation.

Delivery

Our deliveries are generally made by Australia Post , you can choose between the Parcel Post or Express Post delivery options. Your order should arrive within 14 working days after dispatch date not order date depending on your delivery option choice.

Sister Sensory  will do its best to ensure your order is delivered on time, however we can not be held accountable for any delays in shipping once the items have left our premises. If you have not received your items within 14 days, please contact us via email info@sistersensory.com.au

Our Inventory Department will dispatch your goods to you Monday – Friday , during Australia Post business operating hours.

Free store pickup     

Local pickup is available out our Showroom at our Warehouse location at Factory 7, 22- 24 McPherson Street, Maddingley, VIC, 3340

We will call or text you know when your order is ready to collect.

International customers

We welcome and cater to Private & Corporate Customers Worldwide, and SISTER SENSORY can send anywhere based on Australia Post International Postage Rates.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our Warehouse, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number.  This allows you to track your parcel on the Australia Post website anytime.
