WHAT IS SPATIAL AWARENESS?
It is an awareness of the space around you. Knowing and understanding where objects are in relation to your own body, if they are moving and how long they will take to get to you?
For example, when a football is coming towards you use your spatial awareness to determine how fast you must move to get to the ball in time to kick it?
Understanding Spatial Awareness allows us to understand distance, location and direction. Most of us will naturally develop these skills from early on. Children that do not naturally develop these skills may have a learning or physical disability that could be affecting them such as Asperger’s, Dyspraxia or Dyslexia.
INSTRUCTIONS (PLEASE READ BEFORE USE)
When using the Body Sock it is important to remember that adult or carer supervision is recommended. Each Body sock has a black opening in the front of the Body Sock. To use correctly use you must have this opening vertical when you are standing. The body sock will then be able to add gentle pressure to the body as hands and feet are placed in the corners of the body sock and the user moves around.

Soft surfaces will ensure the longevity of your Body Sock. Whilst our products are made to last, it is important to remember that excessive force will lower the effectiveness of the product.

Small 68 x 100cm – suitable for individuals up to 110cms tall
Medium 68 x 120cm – suitable for individuals up to 130cms tall
Large 74 x 140cm – suitable for individuals up to 150cms tall
X Large 74 x 160cm – suitable for individuals up to 170cms tall

What size should I buy?
We recommend checking the size guide prior to purchase. Make sure you have measured the user from head to foot and choose the size recommended by height. If you choose the incorrect sizing you may affect the strength of the product.
Please make sure the size of the Body Sock is correct for the user as incorrect size can affect the strength and integrity of the product.

Made from quality see through fabric. Each body sock has a reinforced opening to make removing the product easy and quick. We recommend use with a carer or parent.

Washing Instructions:
When washing your Body Sock we recommend no harsh chemicals this includes Bleach or any chemical that will reduce the quality of the fabric. Please make sure the body sock is not placed in the same wash as velcro. A delicates bag is recommended when washing. Please use a low heat drying cycle if using a dryer.
