The Lycra Resistance Bands are very stretchy and provide resistance when you push out in them which provides deep pressure through the joints (proprioceptive input).

The band is a loop which is 30cm wide and can be pulled and stretched to provide resistance to improve muscle tone and improve spatial awaremess.

Great for relieving anxiety and getting rid of excess energy.  

 Little ones can get inside the band (the model in the pictures is 5 years old) whilst teen and adults can use the band to pull and stretch.
