All our prices are quoted inclusive of 10% GST and are in Australian Dollars.
Payment Options
We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards via the Stripe portal including; Visa, Amex & MasterCard, as well as Direct Bank Deposit Transfers. If you wish to pay by Direct Bank Deposit Transfers, we will email you your Invoice with our Bank Details attached.

Postage
We generally use Australia Post as our courier. Our Australian Domestic Freight Charges are based on the total order value of your goods. You can choose between Parcel Post or Express Post.
Returns
SISTER SENSORY wants you to be 100% happy with the quality of our products as we are. We understand that Online purchasing is different from conventional shopping, so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we are more than happy to offer you a 14 day Money Back Guarantee via a refund, exchange or credit. Terms & Conditions apply. We are unable to refund or exchange the following products that for hygiene reasons; Chewable products, including chewie necklaces or chewable fidgets. Linen – Sensory Compression /Lycra sheet and Headphones/EarPlugs.
Dispatch
Once payment is confirmed and received, we will pick, pack and dispatch your order within 24 -48 hours, whenever possible SISTER SENSORY will endeavour to dispatch your order the SAME day. It will leave via our Melbourne ,Australia Warehouse – unless it’s a drop ship order.
Please note that payments made by Paypal/Stripe will be instantly confirmed, whereas payments made with Direct Bank Deposit Transfers may take 24 – 48 hours to process and receive confirmation.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our Melbourne , Australian Warehouse, Australia Post will send you a Tracking Number so that you can track your goods at any time. Please check your junk mail.

For our Medical Practitioners, Government Officials( including all Educational Sectors) & Professionals you can email us your purchase order direct with your Purchase Order form, including what you would like to order , who to deliver to and who to send the invoice to.
Our Accounts Department will send you an invoice and your goods will be sent with 24- 48 hours.
Payment is due in 21 Days from invoice.

Place the order, fill in shipping details , choose the purchase order button. Add the purchase order number or a reference , the accounts payable details.

We welcome and cater to Private & Corporate Customers Worldwide, and SISTER SENSORY can send anywhere based on Australia Post International Postage Rates.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. International Postage Costs are dependant on weight & size of the total order package.
