Care
MACHINE WASHABLE and tumble dryer safe on low heat for ease of care
All our bamboo has been prewashed / preshrunk, however it takes up to 7 washes for bamboo to reach full absorbency. We recommend that you wash BUTTS before wear.
Tap rinse required, if soiled. Machine pre rinse with hot water up to 60 degrees Celsius, gentle spin cycle. Then bulk up load with additional washing and wash as normal.
Do not add bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron or dry clean. Line dry preferred or tumble dry on low heat.
Our BUTTS are a sized product NOT a one size fits most product.
Therefore, it is imperative to ensure you measure your child as per the sizing information provided on our website and purchase the correct size.

We have put so much effort into ensuring our undies are comfortable that we would hate for your child to receive the wrong size.
Prior to ordering it is essential that you have measured your child’s waist just below the belly button so you know that your child will be comfy all day!
The below measurements are a guide as all children are unique.
If you purchase more than one pair of BUTTS only to realise that you’ve chosen the wrong size (ie. they are a little too tight or not sealing around the legs) we are happy for you to return any UNOPENED BUTTS.
Unfortunately, being an undergarment we cannot refund any BUTTS that have been opened or worn or tried on.
